What's the shelf life on your chocolates?

Our Hot Chocoalte Sticks usually have at least 6 months on the best-before date, so don't worry, you have plenty of time to enjoy them, if you can wait that long!

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.


What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay using your credit or debit card through the PayPal secure gateway, or using your paypal account.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?

It is not viable for us at this time to have a wholesale offer, however if you would like to purchase a bulk order, please get in touch to discuss potential discounts.


What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is very importance to us. If you have sent or received anything from our online shop and are not entirely happy, please get in touch and we will do all we can to put it right for you.


Delivery

How long will delivery of my order take?

We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours by First Class Royal Mail Post. If there are likely to be delays with this we will be in touch. For orders from outside Mainland UK delivery could take up to 2 weeks.


How much does delivery cost?

Postage and Packaging costs are calculated based on the number and type of products in your cart. These costs are visible on the Shopping Cart page. If you want to avoid postage costs and collect from our workshop in Lincoln, please contact us with your requirements and we'll be in touch within 24 hours.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can do, however we cannot guarantee the product will arrive in the same way it was sent (chocolate melts!), so please be mindful of the weather conditions in the UK as well as your destination country when you order.
